I instantly fell in love with this fragrance the first time I tried it. It doesn’t smell like your conventional “perfume” that can easily be boxed into sweet, floral, or citrusy categories. Instead, it feels like pure comfort and cleanliness bottled up — the kind of scent that makes you feel happy without being cloying or overwhelming. For someone like me who is very sensitive to smells and would rather wear nothing than something too strong, this strikes the perfect balance.
The opening is soapy-fresh with aldehydes and pear, almost like stepping out of a morning shower. As it settles, the iris, rose, and linen come through softly, wrapping everything in a smooth, airy comfort. The dry down lingers as a powdery, slightly musky skin scent that feels intimate but still uplifting. It changes as it develops — starting fresher and soapier, then fading into something more powdery and cozy — but it always stays light and breathable.
Performance is surprisingly good. I tried it before sleeping, and when I woke up the next morning, the dry down was still there, subtle but present. On fabric, it lasts even longer — some of my stuffed toys now carry this scent, which says a lot about its staying power. The projection feels contained, more of a close, personal aura, but others do notice it in a pleasant, non-invasive way.
