Refund & Return Policy

At Memoira, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, opened perfumes or used products cannot be returned or refunded.


How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Your Full Name

  • The reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request faster, please send:

  • Clear photos or video of the item

  • Photo of the packaging

  • Order number

If verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened perfumes or fragrances

  • Used products

  • Personal care items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Shipping Fees for Returns

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong item selected, etc.), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Memoira will cover the replacement shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by our fulfillment team.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued through one of the following:

  • GCash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit

Customers must provide the necessary details for the refund to be processed.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time

Return Abuse Policy

Memoira reserves the right to decline refund or return requests if we determine that the policy is being abused, including but not limited to:

  • Returning used products

  • Excessive return requests

  • Providing false claims of damage or defects
